OPERATING DURING THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK
We are a small, rural family business, and in these troubling times we are committed to finding ways we can help our customers.
On a daily basis we are referring to Government guidance for businesses and employers, to ensure that we are complying with current rules, and keeping our staff and customers safe. Although we are not within the category of retail premises that currently must close, we have decided to shut our premises to the public. However, current government guidance is “not asking any other businesses to close – indeed it is important for business to carry on”, so we are running a non-contact, delivery-only service.
We will work hard to respond to emails and phone calls/messages, and make deliveries between 9am & 2pm, Monday - Friday.
Please contact us with orders and enquiries, preferably by email: firstname.lastname@example.org,
or by phone: 01491 680671
Arrangements for safe delivery will be made with customers when ordering. You will need to have an outdoor space available for us to deliver your order, without the need for any contact with our driver, and without our driver needing to open any doors, gates, or handle anything other than our goods.
Please bear with us, as we have made considerable changes to our working arrangements: In line with government requirements we have taken “every possible step to facilitate working from home” for as many of our staff as possible. And our employees not working from home are those currently permitted by government to travel to work - staff operating plant and machinery to fulfil orders and deliveries. Fortunately our spacious work facilities enable our staff to be well over 2 metres apart at all times.
